5. Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders within Greece over 130€. Most orders ship out within 2-3 business days of
ordering pending availability and credit verification. The courier company we are working with is Geniki
Taxydromiki. Once your order has been shipped, we estimate delivery within 1-5 business days of its
ship date, depending on your exact location. If you need your item(s) sooner, please contact us to
ensure a faster delivery method. In this case, you will be burdened with the extra cost of expedited
delivery.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday only. No orders are processed or shipped on the
weekends or national holidays, and we do not offer Saturday delivery for expedited shipping options.

6. Returns
If your newly purchased item doesn't fit you or you didn't received the love feedback you hoped for, we give you the choice of return. For that reason, we tried to make the process the easiest way possible for you. The steps are simple and clear:

- 100% store credit via personal discount code. You can apply that code on your next order from our e-shop and the amount will be automatically deducted.
- Exchange with another design. Just choose any other available design from our collections and proceed to the exchange. In order to avoid any sold out upon the return arrival we suggest you contact us so to reserve your new pick. In that case just email us at sales@solorclothing.gr or give us a call at +30 6981208161.
b. Then pack it up by using the original received package and return it in a 14-day space from your purchase date. You are free to use any postal service you prefer or you can contact us in order to schedule with Geniki Taxidromiki a pick-up for you.
c. As soon as we receive it we'll proceed to the fulfilment of your request. Once it's completed we’ll send you a confirmation mail to inform you about. Don’t forget to check your junk mail from time to time, as sometimes our emails have the tendency to land in there.

You may follow our company on social media and interact with us by these means. Our products and services offered through our social media are governed by the present terms and policies. Further interaction on social media is not controlled by us and we bare no relevant responsibility. For this reason you should read carefully the terms and policies of each social media you use.
